What if I don’t love the scent?
We totally get it — scent is personal (like choosing which cat gets the warm laundry pile).
While we don’t accept returns on opened candles, we do want you to love what you receive.
If your candle isn’t quite your vibe, email us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll happily offer you a one-time replacement scent or store credit to try something new.
Because finding your perfect scent should feel fun — not risky.

We’ll absolutely make it right — no stress, no hassle.
Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit right away.

Custom and personalized items are made just for you, so they aren’t eligible for returns.

First, check all the usual hide-and-seek spots: neighbors, family members, porch corners, mailbox, or behind that one planter delivery drivers always choose.
If it’s still missing after 72 hours, email us and we’ll help track it down.
